LoanDepot Park

Address 501 Marlins Way

The retractable-roof home stadium of the Miami Marlins baseball team, built on the site of the old Orange Bowl in Little Havana. The park opened in 2012 and seats 37,000. The swimming pool in left-centre field, the aquarium behind home plate, and the now-removed Homer sculpture by Jeff Koons made it one of baseball's most distinctive venues. Even if you are not a baseball fan, catching a game here is a fun way to spend a warm evening — tickets are usually easy to get, and the food options inside the park include local Cuban and Latin American fare.
