The Curb Market is the historic public market of Atlanta, opened in 1924 in a low brick hall on Edgewood Avenue. It has been the place where city restaurants, home cooks, and visitors come for local produce, country sausage, Georgia pecans, peaches, and fresh seafood for almost a hundred years.
There are also a handful of prepared-food counters — Grindhouse Killer Burgers, Bell Street Burritos, Mama's Sauce — that make it a good cheap lunch stop. Closed Sundays.
