A well-designed children's museum in the LeFleur's Bluff park area, with the usual mix of hands-on science, a literary playroom keyed to Mississippi authors, and a small-scale supermarket and bank. It is the obvious stop if you are travelling with kids under ten.
Allow two hours and bring a change of clothes — the water-play area is enthusiastically used.
