Prospect Terrace Park is a small College Hill overlook with one of Providence's best skyline views. It is also the burial place of Roger Williams, the founder of Rhode Island, marked by a prominent monument facing the city.
The park works well as a short detour while walking between Brown University, the Providence Athenaeum, and the State House.
