The 8,000-seat multipurpose arena on the Northern State University campus is the largest indoor venue in the region. Basketball and volleyball games for the NSU Wolves run from October through March; the arena also hosts trade shows, concerts, and the South Dakota high school state tournaments.
A Saturday afternoon basketball game here is one of the more authentic small-city American sports experiences — full crowd, marching band, and tickets that cost less than a sandwich.
