A small dining room run by chef Lucas Marchant on the road to Llao Llao, Butterfly serves a regularly changing five- or seven-course tasting menu that draws on Patagonian ingredients — wild herbs, trout, deer, Patagonian lamb, alpine berries. The wine pairing is good. Only a dozen tables; book well ahead. Closed Sundays and most of June.
