Getting there

Man is roughly 560km west of Abidjan, a long haul on a paved but winding road. Coach services — UTB and Trans Ivoire are the main operators — run from Abidjan's Adjamé bus station; overnight departures are common, arriving in the morning. Allow 8 to 10 hours for the journey via Daloa and Duékoué.

Shared taxis (woro-woro) connect Man with larger regional towns; they are cheaper than the coaches but slower and less comfortable over long distances. Domestic flights from Abidjan existed historically — check current airline schedules, as service has varied since the airport's rehabilitation.
