Swan Lake Animal Base, also called Cozy Lake Zoo Park in English, is a small animal park built around a lake east of central Haikou. Swans share the lake and grounds with flamingoes, parrots, monkeys, crocodiles, and other exotic animals.
It is mainly a family stop rather than a major wildlife attraction, but it can be useful if you are travelling with children and want an easy half-day outing outside the city centre.
