Jassi de Parathe is the Punjabi paratha joint on Drive-in Road that stays open past midnight — a useful thing in a city where most kitchens close by 10. The aloo, paneer, and gobhi parathas come with white butter, pickles, and a tall glass of buttermilk. The dining room is plain, fluorescent-lit, and patronised heavily by the IT workers and call-centre staff of nearby Bodakdev. Casual and cheap.
