Regional Science City is Lucknow's most useful family museum, built around hands-on galleries rather than glass cases. The point is participation: children press buttons, watch demonstrations, move through themed exhibits, and come away with a better sense of how everyday science works.
It is north of the old Nawabi core, so it pairs better with Kukrail or an Aliganj errand than with Bara Imambara. For travellers with children, or anyone who needs a break from tombs and traffic, it is a practical half-day stop.
