A modest courtyard temple inside the Mayapur area, marking the site where Chaitanya is said to have led nightly sankirtan — the singing and dancing devotion that became the central practice of Gaudiya Vaishnavism. The original house belonged to Srivas Pandit, Chaitanya's closest friend and patron.
A quiet, devotional space compared with the main ISKCON temple. The neem tree in the courtyard is venerated as the descendant of the tree under which the sankirtans took place.
