A cultural centre and performance venue dedicated to the angklung, the traditional Sundanese bamboo instrument. Udjo Ngalagena founded the school in 1966 to preserve the instrument and the music tradition around it. Evening performances combine angklung orchestra, wayang golek puppet theatre, and traditional dance — touristy, but genuinely entertaining and well-produced. There is a restaurant on site serving Sundanese food, including good nasi timbel, which makes it a reasonable combination of lunch and cultural visit. Jalan Padasuka 118.
