One of Bandung's earliest specialty coffee operations, founded by Bali-trained baristas in 2014 and credited with introducing the V60 pour-over to the local scene. The roastery is on site; the brew bar serves a tight rotation of single-origin Indonesian beans and a small menu of sourdough toasts.
