Bread Republic was one of the first Beirut restaurants to take seasonal, local sourcing seriously. The kitchen turns out brunch dishes, salads, sourdough loaves, and well-made comfort food in a friendly garden tucked off Hamra Street.
It is a useful neutral choice: Lebanese flavours but not full mezze, vegetable-forward without being earnest. Weekend brunches get busy; the rest of the time it is calm and pleasant.
