Buderim Forest Park protects a pocket of rainforest around Buderim Falls, giving the Sunshine Coast an easy inland nature stop away from the beaches. Boardwalks and short tracks lead through palms, figs and creekside forest to the falls.
The walk is short but can be slippery after rain, when the waterfall is also at its best. It works well as a half-hour to hour-long break while exploring Buderim or moving between coast towns.
