The Crazy Daisy is Zell am See's most energetic après-ski spot, filling up quickly once the lifts close in the afternoon. It's not a quiet place — live music and DJs from around 4pm onwards set the tone, and the crowd spills out onto the street in decent weather. Drinks are ski-resort priced, the atmosphere is good-natured, and the clientele is international.
In summer the bar continues to operate and has a more relaxed feel, with the music dialled down and the mix shifting toward hikers and cyclists. It remains one of the better places to meet other travellers in town.
