Ordubad has over 100 historical and architectural monuments, more than 30 of which are state-protected. The three main mosques — Saatabad, Dilbar, and Juma — date from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. The Ordubad History Museum, housed in the Juma Mosque, covers the region's history from ancient times, with national art, musical instruments, traditional costumes, ancient coins, and carpets. Two home museums honour local cultural figures: the scientist Yusif Mammadaliyev and the writer Mammad Said Ordubadi.
