Just south of town, Aquacolors is the biggest water park on the Adriatic. The site covers 100,000 square metres, with 15 slides, several wave pools, a slow river, and dedicated zones for younger kids. If you are travelling with a family in midsummer, it can be a sanity-saver — a full day's worth of entertainment for the price of an evening meal.
Open daily May through September. Tickets are cheaper online than at the gate, and parking is plentiful and free. Locals know to arrive early — by mid-morning the queues at the big slides build up.
