You cannot leave Plzeň without drinking Pilsner Urquell on its home turf. The unfiltered tank beer served in the brewery's Na Spilce restaurant is a different animal from the bottled version. Beyond the brewery, the old town has a compact collection of Czech pubs, craft beer bars, and coffee shops.
