Getting There

Fredericia is one of the easiest places in Denmark to reach by train. The station is a major hub on the Danish rail network: trains from Copenhagen take about two hours, from Aarhus less than an hour, and from Hamburg around three and a half. Local trains connect across the Lillebælt to Middelfart, Odense and the rest of Funen.

By road, the E20 motorway crosses the New Little Belt Bridge a few kilometres south of the centre, with exits well signposted. The nearest airport is Billund (with LEGO House and the LEGOLAND park), about 50 km west — a 45-minute drive or an hour by direct shuttle bus.
