A high-ceilinged wine bar in a converted stone-vaulted cellar behind Les Halles. The wine list runs to several hundred Burgundies — including by-the-glass pours of producers that elsewhere only appear by the bottle. Food is short and seasonal: charcuterie boards, regional cheeses, a couple of warm plates a day.
The staff genuinely know the list and will steer you to interesting producers in any price range. Reservations sensible at weekends.
