Museo Diocesano displays art and religious objects from Otranto Cathedral and other churches in the diocese. The collection includes vestments, paintings, sculpture, and remains of a 4th-century mosaic.
The museum is inside Palazzo Lopez, close to the cathedral, so it works best as a short companion visit after seeing Otranto's old town and church interiors.
