The Temple of Asclepius is a small sanctuary ruin just south of Agrigento's ancient city walls. It was dedicated to the god of healing and likely drew pilgrims seeking cures.
Only the foundations and low stone courses remain, but the quieter setting makes it a worthwhile extra stop after the main temples.
