Cafe Forza occupies a prime corner of Trg od Oružja, with tables spilling out across the polished marble flagstones and a clear view of the Clock Tower across the square. The coffee is decent — proper espresso, well-poured cappuccino — and the people-watching at any hour of the day is the real draw.
Expect tourist prices (€3–4 for an espresso) and a slow service when the cruise ships are in. Worth it for one coffee in the morning before the square fills up, with the marble still cool and the cats stretched out on the warm stone.
