Atalaya Museums occupy a handsome estate on the edge of central Jerez, where the city's sherry wealth shows up in gardens, courtyards, and carefully staged collections. The best-known draw is the Palace of Time, a collection of historic clocks presented with more theatre than a normal municipal museum.
The complex also leans into the themes Jerez does well: wine culture, horses, and old Andalusian grandeur. It is not the first stop if you have only a few hours in town, but it rounds out a Jerez visit nicely when you want something quieter than a bodega tour or an equestrian show.
