Lilium is one of Arrecife's most-respected restaurants, in the Marina Lanzarote at the south end of the Charco. The kitchen reworks traditional Canarian dishes with modern techniques — a wreckfish ceviche with mojo verde, slow-cooked cochino negro (the local black pig), a degustation menu that runs through six or seven small plates.
Prices are mid-to-high by Arrecife standards but reasonable for the quality. The marina view from the dining room is part of the package. Reservations strongly recommended.
