Convent of St. Agustin

The Convent of St. Agustin is part of La Laguna's old religious and educational core. Attached to the damaged church of the same name, the complex later became the Canary Islands' first institute, now associated with IES Cabrera Pinto.

It is not the grandest stop in La Laguna, but it adds useful texture to a walk through the UNESCO-listed centre. Look for it alongside the city's churches, courtyards, and old institutional buildings.
