Hever Castle is a 13th-century moated castle best known as the childhood home of Anne Boleyn. The interiors are restored as a Tudor manor house, while the grounds include formal gardens, lakeside walks, and Italian-style landscaping added by William Waldorf Astor. It is one of the strongest historic day trips in the countryside west of Tunbridge Wells.
