Getting There

Leeds is well connected by road and rail. Leeds railway station is a major hub on the East Coast Main Line, with direct services from London King's Cross taking around two hours and fifteen minutes. Regular trains also run from Manchester, York, Sheffield, and Edinburgh. The station sits in the city centre, within walking distance of most hotels and attractions.

Leeds Bradford Airport, about eight miles northwest of the centre, handles flights to European destinations and a few long-haul routes. The airport is connected to the city by the 757 bus, which takes around 30 minutes. The M1 and M62 motorways intersect just south of the city, making Leeds easy to reach by car from most parts of England.
