A craft distillery that has brought spirit-making back to the Distillery District, more than a century after the original Gooderham & Worts works defined the place. Housed in one of the heritage buildings, it produces gin, vodka, and aged whisky on site using Ontario grain.
The tasting room and cocktail bar are the draw for visitors — flights of the house spirits, well-made cocktails, and a view onto the copper still. It is a fitting modern echo of the site's history and a good stop between galleries and the boardwalk of shops.
