Cathédrale de la Sainte-Trinité

Cathédrale de la Sainte-Trinité is the Anglican cathedral of Quebec City and was consecrated in 1804. It was the first Anglican cathedral built outside the British Isles, which gives it a particular place in the religious and colonial history of the city.

The neoclassical building is a quieter counterpoint to the more famous Catholic churches of Old Quebec. Its scale, plain lines, and English ecclesiastical links make it worth a short stop while walking the old city.
