An open-air shopping complex anchoring the upscale end of El Paseo, with courtyards, fountains, and small sculpture gardens between the storefronts. The mix is largely luxury (Saks, Tiffany, Tory Burch) but the landscaping makes it pleasant to wander even if you have no intention of buying anything. The views toward the Santa Rosa Mountains rising directly behind the south side are very good on a clear day.
