An open-air shopping centre on the Bossier City side of the river, with outlet stores, restaurants, a cinema, and the Bass Pro Shops flagship that doubles as a tourist attraction in itself. The riverfront promenade has good views back to the Shreveport skyline and the Long-Allen Bridge.
Convenient if you are staying at the Margaritaville or Horseshoe casinos next door. Otherwise more useful as a place to walk in the cool of the evening than as serious shopping.
