Parque Cultural del Caribe

A broad public plaza and cultural campus in the city's historic centre, anchored by the Museo del Caribe and surrounded by gardens, fountains, and open-air performance spaces. The complex was built to reclaim a run-down neighbourhood and has succeeded — it draws families, students, and visitors from across the region. The plaza itself hosts free concerts and events throughout the year, and during Carnaval it becomes one of the main gathering points for processions and street performances.
