Jingwumen Chinese Martial Arts Park is devoted to Huo Yuanjia, the early twentieth-century martial artist whose life became part history, part national legend. The site combines museum displays, weapons, Huo's tomb, and martial arts training spaces, making it more than a simple memorial.
It sits well outside central Tianjin, so the trip is mainly for visitors with a real interest in kung fu history or Chinese popular culture.
