Saat Kabar

Saat Kabar, literally "sixty graves", is a quiet grave complex associated with Afzal Khan, a general under Adil Shah II. Local tradition says the graves belong to Khan's wives, arranged in a rectangular plan with a small mosque on the western side.

The site is a darker, less visited counterpoint to Bijapur's grand tombs and gateways. A small stepwell lies just west of the graves, making it worth a short detour for visitors tracing the city's Adil Shahi history beyond the headline monuments.
