A small but charming patch of trees in Sector 21 that serves as a roosting site for thousands of rose-ringed parakeets. At dusk the parakeets stream in from all over the city in screeching green waves and settle on a few favourite trees, a spectacle that lasts about half an hour and is best watched from the open lawn.
The sanctuary is otherwise unremarkable — there is no formal entry, no museum, just a strip of grass between sectors — but the daily parakeet return is well worth the short detour.
