Kalindi Kunj is a large landscaped park on the Delhi side of the Yamuna, immediately across the Okhla barrage from Noida. It is one of the better-kept green spaces in this part of the NCR, with formal flowerbeds, walking paths, a small lake and a popular set of musical fountains that light up in the evenings.
The park was developed in the 1980s as a Mughal-style chahar-bagh, though decades of use have softened the original geometry. The Bahá'í Lotus Temple is a short drive away, and the access road from Noida runs directly through the park. Best visited in the early morning or late afternoon; the lawns are extremely popular with picnicking families on Sunday.
