Sector 18 is the commercial centre of Noida — a dense cluster of malls, branded showrooms, street stalls and restaurants centred on the Atta Market and the surrounding blocks. Three of the city's largest shopping malls (Great India Place, DLF Mall of India and Wave Mall) are within walking distance, and the area is built directly above one of the busiest Delhi Metro stations.
The Atta Market is the most interesting part for visitors: a slightly chaotic open-air bazaar of clothes, fabrics, eyewear and snacks that has been here since long before the malls. Weekend evenings are extremely crowded. Most international visitors come here for shopping convenience or to dine at one of the many mid-range chain restaurants. Avoid driving — parking is a nightmare; come by metro.
