Noida's main cricket ground sits in Sector 21A, with capacity for about 12,000 spectators. The stadium hosts Ranji Trophy matches and other domestic fixtures, and has occasionally been used for IPL warm-up games and tournament matches when Delhi's Arun Jaitley Stadium has been unavailable. The wicket is generally batter-friendly and tends to play flat.
Even when no match is on, the stadium is a useful piece of public infrastructure: the surrounding grounds are open for jogging and casual cricket, and the on-site Noida Sports Stadium hosts a wider range of athletics. Tickets for domestic matches are inexpensive when they are sold; many games are free to enter on quiet match days.
