Noida is not a sightseeing city. It is a working town of malls, IT parks and tall glass towers, and most of what visitors do here is convenient rather than memorable. That said, the Okhla Bird Sanctuary, the Rashtriya Dalit Prerna Sthal monument, the giant Worlds of Wonder amusement park and the malls of Sector 18 will fill a day. Most people use Noida as a quieter base for visiting Delhi.
