A vast white stupa with intricate Tibetan-style wall murals, built by the Tara Foundation of Germany and inaugurated in 2010. It is one of the most architecturally ambitious monasteries in the Monastic Zone — bigger, taller, and more elaborately decorated than its neighbours.
The interior is lined with painted scenes from the Buddha's life and bronze prayer wheels you can spin as you walk around the central column. Monks of the Tibetan Karma Kagyu lineage maintain the site. Visitors are welcome to enter the main hall outside puja hours.
