Side Museum

Roman baths turned museum with marble statues from the Side ruins

Opening Hours Tue-Sun 8:00-17:00

Housed in the Roman baths at the entrance to the old town, this small but impressive museum displays statues, sarcophagi, and artefacts recovered from the Side ruins. The entrance courtyard has several large marble statues; the interior rooms hold carved reliefs, burial urns, and a display of the city's history from the Hellenistic through Byzantine periods.
