Khoja Gaukushan Complex

Khoja Gaukushan is a 16th-century ensemble in old Bukhara, with a mosque, madrasa, and hauz arranged around what was once a cattle market. It is less famous than Lyab-i Hauz but has the same appeal: shaded water, brickwork, and the layered urban texture of historic Bukhara.
