Holy Trinity Anglican Church

Holy Trinity Church on the corner of Newcastle and Pool Streets is a heritage-listed Anglican church that has served the York community since the 1850s. The stone building with its distinctive tower is one of the oldest places of worship in inland Western Australia and sits on a slight rise that gives it a commanding position over the surrounding streets.

The interior retains original fittings and stained glass from successive periods of the church's history. The churchyard contains graves from the earliest European settlement of the region — a quiet record of the families who built York in its first decades.
