Andreas Kaiblinger's Michelin-starred restaurant on Müllner Hauptstraße is the most refined dining in Salzburg. The menu is modern European with an Austrian backbone — fewer than ten covers an evening, a kitchen counter view if you book ahead, and pricing roughly in line with similar starred restaurants in Vienna.
Best appreciated as a tasting menu. The wine list is unusually deep in Austrian whites — Wachau Rieslings and Burgenland sweet wines in particular.
