The flat green plain north of the centre, between the river and the road, used for summer concerts, the regional fair, and ordinary weekend picnics. There are football pitches, a children's playground, and shaded benches under tall poplars.
In summer the field hosts the Zenica Summer Nights festival, when local bands and small touring acts play open-air. The rest of the year it is the city's default escape from a tight grid of apartment blocks.
