Godsbanen is Aarhus' former freight-rail yard recast as a working cultural centre west of the city centre. The industrial halls now hold studios, rehearsal rooms, workshops, theatres, galleries, and public spaces, so the appeal is less a single exhibit than the sense of a production district still in motion.
Come for a performance, exhibition, market, or simply to look around the converted rail architecture and the creative quarter around it. It pairs well with ARoS and the surrounding Ceresbyen area if you want a walk through modern Aarhus rather than the older Latin Quarter.
