Bishop Forest is one of Gyor's larger green escapes, with a long promenade, open glades, picnic spots, and play areas. It is not a wild forest, but it gives the city a useful dose of shade and quiet.
The signed trail is the main reason to come. It introduces the plants and animals of the area and makes an easy walk when you want a break from the historic centre.
