Spiaggia di San Michele e Sassi Neri

San Michele runs directly below Sirolo and merges with Sassi Neri — black-pebble beach — to the south. Both are white-pebble and dark-rock beaches backed by wooded cliffs, with calm clear water and decent snorkelling. Access is on foot down a steep stepped path from the centre of Sirolo, or by car to a paying car park at the top of the descent.

Lidos at the southern end rent loungers and umbrellas; the rest is free beach. Comes well below Due Sorelle for drama but is a far easier visit.
